RETURNS
As a small business, refunds are something we simply are not able to do. We can, however, exchange your purchase for something else within 7 days of the purchase date, or for online orders, 7 days from the date the item was received.
All items being exchanged must be in brand new condition: Apparel must have tags still attached; jewelry must be in pristine condition and returned with all original packaging. Any items that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer and be charged the related shipping fees.
Sale merchandise is final sale. Bath bombs, soaps, oils, and lotions are final sale.

SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process before being shipped out. Items are shipped via USPS. Shipping fees will be designated at checkout and vary per item. Finer pieces of jewelry will be shipped with signature required at time of delivery.
Please carefully verify the shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after checkout has been completed, and therefore would not be able to guarantee that the products were shipped to the correct address. We are not liable for items shipped to the wrong address.
Shipping fees for exchanged items will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
